They were prompt, efficient and professional, and aftet a few discussions provided a good offering, with useful suggestions and reasonable pricing.  We eventually went with an alternative supplier which suited us better, but couldn't fault Novo.  While they haven't done any actual work for us, we highly recommend their approach.
